Our Ministries
Youth
Youth – Our youth ministry seeks to encourage and build up this generation. It includes jr. high & high school ages.
Our goal is to provide an environment where young people can enter into true fellowship with God through Jesus Christ, and with other like-minded believers of their same age.
We meet regularly for youth group on Friday nights and throughout the year for various events/activities.
Music
Music – Our worship ministry at RHCC incorporates a blending of musical styles. The goal is to enhance the worship experience of the believer and that our worship would be in spirit and in truth.
We believe that music reaches into the heart and soul, and allows people to approach God in an intimate way. Within the pages of scripture, we find music and lyrical song utilized to worship God in many circumstances.
It is evident that He has allowed humanity to worship Him through the medium of music and is therefore a large part of our weekly services.
Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing Psalm 100:2
Children’s
Children’s – For Sunday morning services childcare is provided at out 10:17 am service ONLY. We also provide care for our Midweek service on Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm.
Classrooms are designated for Nursery ages, 2 & 3 year-old’s, 4 & 5 year-old’s, 1st – 3rd grade and 4th – 5th grade. While you are worshipping and being taught the Word of God, your child will be safe and well cared for.
All our teachers attend RHCC and have gone through an application and background process. Your child will receive Biblical teachings that are engaging and age appropriate.
Our goal is to teach each child the Word of God and help them build a foundation that will edify and establish them in the faith.
We have a Family Room available during 1st and 2nd services if you prefer your children to sit with you.
Women’s
Women’s – The RHCC Women’s ministry is designed to equip and encourage women to grow in His grace and knowledge. This happens through small group Bible studies, special events, and the annual retreats.
Women’s Bible Study is held every other Tuesday evening from September-May of each year.
Men’s
Men’s – The RHCC Men’s ministry focuses on growing deeper in the understanding of Biblical manhood with various opportunities to connect with God and others through events like breakfasts, bible studies, conferences, hikes, and more.
Men’s Bible Study is held every other Tuesday evening from September-May of each year. Men attending will be encouraged to follow the Lord in every aspect of their lives; challenging each to be a man of God at home, the workplace, and in the church.
Meals
Meals – The RHCC Meals ministry provides dinners for people within our church body, and occasionally to people in our community as an outreach. Our desire is to bless and encourage those who experience an extended illness, surgery recovery, the birth of a baby, or other life impacting events.
Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality. Romans 12:10-13
Security
Security – We acknowledge that God is sovereign in all things; however, we live in a fallen world where evil exists.
As a Security Team we are willing to stand in the gap to watch over His people. We are also CPR/First Aid trained and equipped to assist in emergencies.
Greater love has no one than this, to lay down one’s life for his friends John 15:13
AV & Sound
AV & Sound – This ministry is made up of volunteers who operate the sound board, slides during worship & teachings, and operate the live stream cameras. Our heart in this ministry is to use technology to glorify the Lord by creating a distraction free environment, while making sure the word and worship of our God is heard clearly in the sanctuary and throughout our church.
Cleaning
Cleaning – At RHCC, we desire to provide a clean, tidy environment in which we can glorify God and serve His people. The Cleaning ministry is here to do just that! Our volunteers vacuum, dust, clean restrooms and windows, and more.
Young Adults
Young Adults – The young adults ministry is designed for men and women aged eighteen to late twenties to find meaningful relationships and the Christian fellowship the desire.
Our vision is that through the teaching of the Word of God we will help young adults grow closer to Jesus, increase their faith in the Lord, and see them become godly men and women filled with the Spirit.
The young adults meet as a small group led by Kaleb Pragle on Sunday Evenings.
Hospitality
Hospitality – The Hospitality Ministry strives to provide a welcoming environment to share warmth, comfort, refreshments, fellowship and God’s grace for visitors and members of the body at RHCC. Members of the Hospitality Team set up snacks & coffee in the Fellowship Hall on Sundays and Wednesdays between and after services. They also assist with preparations for guest speakers and musicians as well as various special events throughout the year.
Ushers & Greeters
Ushers & Greeters – Our team of Ushers & Greeters will be happy to help answer any questions you might have.
They can show you around the building or assist with finding a seat in the sanctuary.
Prayer Team
Prayer Team – Our purpose is to be willing and able vessels of prayer for the needs of the church and the lost. Prayer develops our relationship with God and must take place often and regularly.
After each of our regular services, ministry leaders are available to pray with you at the foot of the stage. Through the Lord’s faithfulness we have seen many answered prayers.
